1. Quotations & Pricing
Quotes provided over the phone, WhatsApp or via our contact form are estimates based on the information you share. Final pricing is confirmed after a site visit or accurate measurement and may vary depending on wall condition, material choice and scope of work.
2. Booking & Scheduling
Installation dates are scheduled by mutual agreement. We will inform you as early as possible of any delays caused by material availability, site readiness or circumstances beyond our control.
3. Site Access & Preparation
You agree to provide reasonable access to the work area and to inform us in advance of any electrical, plumbing or structural considerations that may affect installation. Removal of furniture or fragile items from the work area, unless otherwise agreed, remains the customer's responsibility.
4. Materials & Warranty
Wallpaper materials are subject to the manufacturer's own warranty terms, where applicable. Our installation workmanship is carried out to a professional standard; any installation-related defects reported within a reasonable period after completion will be assessed and addressed at our discretion.
5. Payments
Payment terms (including any advance and balance payment) will be communicated and agreed before work begins. Please retain receipts or payment confirmations for your records.
6. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand plans change — please inform us as early as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel a booking so we can adjust our team's schedule accordingly.
7. Website Use
Content on this website, including text, images and design, is the property of LX Wallpaper unless otherwise credited, and may not be reproduced without permission. We aim to keep information on this site accurate but do not guarantee it is free of errors at all times.
